Rules and guidelines for using VisageX AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VisageX AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DreamifyLabs ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of VisageX AI.

2. Description of Service

VisageX AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered face editing and enhancement services. The App allows users to:

  • Apply AI-generated beauty effects and filters to photos
  • Enhance facial features using advanced AI algorithms
  • Save and share edited photos
  • Access premium features through subscription plans
  • Store editing history for future reference

3. Who Can Use This App?

You can use VisageX AI if you:

  • Are at least 13 years old (if you're under 18, ask your parents first!)
  • Own the phone/tablet you're using, or have permission to use it
  • Promise to use the app fairly and honestly
  • Won't try to cheat the system or abuse the free credits

Parents: Please supervise your kids if they use this app!

4. What You Can't Do

Please use the app responsibly. Don't:

  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal photos
  • Create fake or misleading images to harm others
  • Try to hack or break the app
  • Cheat the credit system or try to get unlimited free credits unfairly
  • Use the app for business purposes without our permission
  • Do anything illegal with the app
  • Violate other people's privacy or rights

Simple rule: Use the app the way it's meant to be used, and be respectful!

5. Content and Privacy

Regarding the photos and content you upload:

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your original photos
  • Processing: Photos are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after editing
  • No Training Use: Your photos are never used to train our AI models
  • Local Storage: Edited photos are stored only on your device
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload
  • Rights Required: You must have the right to use and edit any photos you upload
  • Copyright Compliance: You warrant that your uploaded content does not infringe any third-party rights
  • No Liability: We are not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from your use of the App

6. User Warranties and Indemnification

By using VisageX AI, you warrant and agree that:

  • Legal Rights: You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload
  • No Infringement: Your use of the App will not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamifyLabs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms
  • Third-Party Claims: You will defend us against any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property claims related to your uploaded content

7. DMCA and Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):

  • User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have rights to uploaded content
  • No Content Monitoring: We do not monitor, review, or verify the copyright status of user-uploaded content
  • Immediate Processing: Photos are processed and deleted within seconds - we have no opportunity to review content
  • DMCA Compliance: We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices as required by law
  • Repeat Infringers: Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their access terminated
  • Safe Harbor: We operate under DMCA safe harbor provisions as a service provider

8. Premium Features & Payments

Want unlimited AI edits? Here's how premium works:

  • How You Pay: Through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) - safe and secure!
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each week/month (you can turn this off anytime)
  • Cancel Anytime: Go to your phone's app store settings to cancel (super easy!)
  • Refunds: Apple or Google handles refunds according to their policies
  • Free Trial: Try premium free first! (if available)
  • Prices May Change: We'll let you know before we change any prices

Note: All payments are handled by Apple or Google, not us. We never see your credit card info!

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its technology are protected by intellectual property laws:

  • Our Rights: We own all rights to the AI technology, algorithms, and App design
  • Trademarks: VisageX AI, our logos, and trademarks are our property
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Third-Party Content: Some content may be licensed from third parties

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • AI Results: AI processing results may vary and are not guaranteed
  • Compatibility: The App may not work on all devices or operating systems
  • Updates: We may modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services or content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss, device damage, or business interruption
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • If required by law or court order
  • At our discretion with reasonable notice

You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:
